Shipping and Lead Times
Solus products are designed, built, certified and tested in Canada at our head office and manufacturing studio. Solus has warehouses in the UK, Europe and North America where product is stocked and available for quick shipment in these areas.
IN UK STOCK PRODUCTS
Delivery from our UK warehouse to a UK address is included in the fire and water feature product price and can be shipped within 4-10 working days.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Not all of our products are stocked in the UK and Europe due to the number of combinations (which are in the hundreds) as well as stock demand fluctuations throughout the season. Products shipped from outside the UK, will have an international delivery charge of between £360 – £900 (inc VAT) on top of the product price. Shipping lead time is 10 – 12 weeks.
ACCESSORIES
Accessories have shipping included in the price and can be shipped within 4 – 10 working days.
