Shipping and Lead Times
Solus products are designed, built, certified and tested in Canada at our head office and manufacturing studio. Solus has warehouses in the UK, Europe and North America where product is stocked and available for quick shipment in these areas.
IN UK STOCK PRODUCTS
Delivery from our UK warehouse to a UK address is included in the price of fire and water features. Orders typically ship within 4-10 working days.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Due to the wide range of product configurations (numbering in the hundreds) and seasonal demand fluctuations, not all items are stocked in the UK or Europe.
Products shipped from outside the UK are subject to an international delivery charge of £340–£540 (inc. VAT) in addition to the product price. Estimated shipping lead time is 10–12 weeks.
In some cases, stock may be available in our Spain warehouse. Where applicable, delivery lead time can be reduced to approximately 1–4 weeks.
If you require faster delivery, air freight can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for a custom air freight quotation based on your order details. Once approved, payments for the order and associated freight charges will be arranged in accordance with the agreed terms.

Although quite similar in appearance to the Solus Hemi series, the Luna stands out by its more shapely, generous base.
The undulations of its form are slightly more substantive than the Hemi. At 42 inches or 1050 mm, it is ideal for a party of 6 or 8 to gather round. Its elegant form can accommodate the optional all metal table and drinks ring. The heat output is significant at 31 kW or 108,000 btus. Additionally, the heat and flame are adjustable and it is available in either manual or electronic ignition. The Chelsea Flower show was The Luna ‘s first appearance on the world’s stage.
Available in twelve colours, with manual or automatic ignition and natural (mains) gas or LP gas fuel options.
Accessories available are metal table and drinks ring (as featured in the images).

Natural gas and Propane

We also have full UKCA and CE certification as EN 509:2000 – Decorative Fuel Effects Gas Appliances and EN 60335-1:2001 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances. Our natural gas fire pits are also certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards.
Each of our fire pits comes with a warranty on workmanship and performance.
Each burner is assembled and tested in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminium and thermoplast components.
Propane fire pits are certified to UKCA, CE and ANSI standards. All propane burners are assembled in the USA from brass components and are individually tested to meet specific certification requirements.
Ethanol burners have been designed specifically for Solus, are constructed from 3 layers of stainless steel, and meet the highest quality standards.
Each of our fire pits are handcast from high performance, fibre-reinforced concrete which has been tested to ASTM standards.
All concrete pieces are sealed with a penetrating sealer to minimise weathering. Table surfaces are treated with an extra protective coating to protect from prolonged exposure to food and drink spills.

Excellent Service and product from Solus! I was impressed from my first contact with Solus. Martes answered all of my questions, and our samples arrived right away. Our firebowl arrived on time, in the most incredible packaging, without a scratch, and it looks fantastic in our yard and works great – exactly what we wanted! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Solus to anyone looking for a high quality firebowl.
Modern, minimalist firebowls made exceptionally well. I would not hesitate to buy a fire bowl from Solus again. The people there were very helpful and so easy to work with. the bowls themselves are simply beautiful.
Awesome service even though we didn’t purchase a product. The 36″ firebowl came with the house we just purchased. They are sending us the valve key that was missing for free. Now that’s customer service.
Project Date: July 2016 This is a beautiful and well made product. The burners ( the part that fails on cheap fire pits) are solid brass and well made. The size and proportions are ideal for a moderate to larger space. The bowl arrived in a museum standard wooden shipping crate and was well padded to ensure that it was undamaged.
