Outstanding Service

Susan Green

We wanted a quality water feature. We found Solus to be extremely professional from start to finish in providing information and helping with sample, to ensure we had the right colour to blend with the rest of our landscaping. Solus provided unprompted updates re delivery and have helped with every piece of information that we have ever requested. their customer services is second to none. The end result is a beautiful water feature that is a centre piece in our garden, perfect to watch and lovely to hear.

The best with the most to offer! Our fire pit is the coolest design in Austin, Texas. It is the show stopper on our new deck. It is the place on our deck our friends want to hang out for the evening.

Jill and Justin

Excellent customer service and well worth the reasonable wait. We’re very happy with our experience with Solus and the installation. They supply a premium product that is well worth paying a bit more for. The customer service from the first “drop by” the studio, to the design and installation of the final product was stress free. These people love their product and it’s contagious! Huge thank you to both Kris and Elton.

We purchased the most beautiful firepit from Solus Decor having seen a photo of it in the Sunday Times Home section. The company was very professional from start to finish. All our questions were answered promptly and they kept us up to date about delivery and setup. The fire pit came incredibly well boxed up and was delivered on time and with full instructions. The product is really very attractive and acts not only as a great meeting point in the garden for family and friends, but as a focal point in itself. Couldn’t recommend it and Solus more.
