Excellent Service and product from Solus! I was impressed from my first contact with Solus. Martes answered all of my questions, and our samples arrived right away. Our firebowl arrived on time, in the most incredible packaging, without a scratch, and it looks fantastic in our yard and works great – exactly what we wanted! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Solus to anyone looking for a high quality firebowl.
Beautiful product, sales super helpful and speedy with samples and products. Also very helpful to our gas fitter when he had questions. Thank you.
I purchased the 26″ hemi fire bowl and it looks great in our backyard. Kris Roath at Solus Decor was extremely helpful throughout the purchase. He even timed the delivery of the firebowl to coincide almost exactly with the arrival of our gas fitter! I couldn’t be more pleased with the fire bowl and their service.
We purchased the most beautiful firepit from Solus Decor having seen a photo of it in the Sunday Times Home section. The company was very professional from start to finish. All our questions were answered promptly and they kept us up to date about delivery and setup. The fire pit came incredibly well boxed up and was delivered on time and with full instructions. The product is really very attractive and acts not only as a great meeting point in the garden for family and friends, but as a focal point in itself. Couldn’t recommend it and Solus more.
