Solus Firepits & Water Features are CE & UKCA Certified
We are thrilled with our beatuful Solus fire pit! It was a pleasure working with this Vancouver company and even better knowing manufacturing is done in Vancouver. The product design is beautiful, the staff is knowledgable and helpful and the end result is that we have, not just a gorgeous source of heat on our deck, but a unique focal point and conversation piece.
Excellent Service and product from Solus! I was impressed from my first contact with Solus. Martes answered all of my questions, and our samples arrived right away. Our firebowl arrived on time, in the most incredible packaging, without a scratch, and it looks fantastic in our yard and works great – exactly what we wanted! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Solus to anyone looking for a high quality firebowl.
Our family has 3, 36” Hemi fire bowls and counting. We have be completely satisfied with all of the products we have ordered from Solus. We are constantly complimented on how beautiful the fire bowl looks. Also worth mentioning is the top notch customer service. We will continue to use and recommend Solus to anyone.
Awesome service even though we didn’t purchase a product. The 36″ firebowl came with the house we just purchased. They are sending us the valve key that was missing for free. Now that’s customer service.
