Shipping and Lead Times
Solus products are designed, built, certified and tested in Canada at our head office and manufacturing studio. Solus has warehouses in the UK, Europe and North America where product is stocked and available for quick shipment in these areas.
IN UK STOCK PRODUCTS
Delivery from our UK warehouse to a UK address is included in the price of fire and water features. Orders typically ship within 4-10 working days.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Due to the wide range of product configurations (numbering in the hundreds) and seasonal demand fluctuations, not all items are stocked in the UK or Europe.
Products shipped from outside the UK are subject to an international delivery charge of £340–£540 (inc. VAT) in addition to the product price. Estimated shipping lead time is 10–12 weeks.
In some cases, stock may be available in our Spain warehouse. Where applicable, delivery lead time can be reduced to approximately 1–4 weeks.
If you require faster delivery, air freight can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for a custom air freight quotation based on your order details. Once approved, payments for the order and associated freight charges will be arranged in accordance with the agreed terms.

The Hemi fire bowl is our flagship product and the first outdoor gas fire pit that Solus Decor ever produced. That was over 10 years ago when fire pits were just starting to gain popularity in residential and commercial applications. Los Angeles and the West Coast of the USA are the hotbed of concrete fireplace applications, and Solus was one of the first to produce a fire bowl on a sustained basis. Landscape architects and garden designers in North America specify some sort of fire feature in virtually every design and setting imaginable. Having been in the business of architectural concrete for almost two decades, we were smitten with the idea of fire erupting from of our concrete bowls.
One simple idea sparked (bad pun) Solus into the business of fire (and then water) and we now have a vast array of fire features and accessory options. Standing as an architectural piece or sculpture, the Hemi looks as good off as on. Our products’ thin and elegant profile adds an artistic element to any outdoor space and at 16.5” (415mm) tall, this fire bowl creates an instant gathering place. The Hemi provides warmth and an atmosphere for relaxed conversation, al fresco dining, or having outdoor time with the family (kids love it!). Additionally, all of our products are fully certified to UK and European standards (UKCA and CE) for natural (mains) gas and liquid propane.
The standard Hemi 36 fire pit is available with a mains gas/LP or bio fuel burner. We offer manual lit and electronic ignition, which produces substantial heat for any outdoor space. Should it be a requirement for a residence, hotel, or restaurant, an additional glass protective shield can be ordered. New for 2022 is the High Output Burner for the Hemi 36 and 48 with 31kw of heat output.
The Hemi fire bowl is available in 12 Solus High Performance Concrete Colours. Custom hardwood tabletops, all metal tabletops and drinks rings are also optional accessories for the Hemi. They are perfect for those days that you need a table and not a roaring fire. Additionally, all-weather cover custom fabricated for Solus products are included with your purchase (unless otherwise specified), greatly extends the warranty of all Solus fire pits.

With items like this I always try to buy the best products I can afford so they will last. My Solus fire bowl was expensive but it will look good year after year and is the centerpiece of my garden design.
Our fire pit is the perfect modern, clean look we were looking for. It puts out a lot of heat and the flame stays in the bowl. I love that it is quiet and you do not hear the hiss of the gas when it is on. It is very well made and we get many compliments. I originally thought I would need to hire a contractor to install it, but my husband and I were able to carry it (36 inches) ourselves to put it in place. We just needed to hire the person to run the gas. Pretty easy.
As a designer I frequently get asked for fire bowls/pits within landscapes. I find the Solus products to be beautiful, functional and of superb quality.

I love my Solus fire bowl. It is very contemporary looking and a very high quality make. It’s easy to use and as far as I’m concerned required no maintenance. The cover for the bowl has lasted many winters and will certainly enture many more. It has a beautiful flame output, however I wish it had a little more.
I would definitely recommend solus as an addition to anybodies backyard.

We live in Canmore, Alberta, Canada in the beautiful Bow Valley high up in the Rocky Mountains. We wanted a fire pit on our deck taht would provide heat, ambience, and decor. We looked for two eyars before we count the perfect product for us – Solus Decor, Vancouer BC’s hand polished concrete fire pits. Sunning design, craftsmanship and quality. The fire pit has extended our deck season by several months. Solus crated and shipped the firepit, then we used a zoom boom to life the fire pit to our upper deck. Assembly and in installation took 30 minutes. Easy. We use the fire pit almost every evening. The fire pit is worth the money – about $4500 installed.
