Outstanding Service

Shawn Fawcett

Our Hemi 36″ Fire Bowl is Great! Our condo associaton purchased the Hemi 36″ Fire Bowl and our residents love it! We had it shipped all the way from Vancouver to Montreal and it arrived well-crated, in perfect condition for a straight-forward install. We have it connected with a timer switch, so it is just “set and forget” which is great, since we have many unsupervised resident users. The Hemi is very attractive when burning, and even when not lit it looks like a sculpture. Solus Decor’s after sales service has also been excellent.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Brad Carpenter and his Team and both Grand Designs 2016 and the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2016. Solus Decor UK have a terrific range of high quality products and despite only fairly recently setting up the UK and Europe division, the company has established itself as a leading supplier of Firepits and Water Features.

Outstanding product / service Great customer service and the quality of the product was exceptional. A little more pricey than others, but well worth extra dollars

Carina Cassidy, Designer

As a designer I frequently get asked for fire bowls/pits within landscapes. I find the Solus products to be beautiful, functional and of superb quality.
