Shipping and Lead Times

Solus products are designed, built, certified and tested in Canada at our head office and manufacturing studio. Solus has warehouses in the UK, Europe and North America where product is stocked and available for quick shipment in these areas.

IN UK STOCK PRODUCTS
Delivery from our UK warehouse to a UK address is included in the price of fire and water features. Orders typically ship within 4-10 working days.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Due to the wide range of product configurations (numbering in the hundreds) and seasonal demand fluctuations, not all items are stocked in the UK or Europe.
Products shipped from outside the UK are subject to an international delivery charge of £340–£540 (inc. VAT) in addition to the product price. Estimated shipping lead time is 10–12 weeks.

In some cases, stock may be available in our Spain warehouse. Where applicable, delivery lead time can be reduced to approximately 1–4 weeks.

If you require faster delivery, air freight can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for a custom air freight quotation based on your order details. Once approved, payments for the order and associated freight charges will be arranged in accordance with the agreed terms.

Halo Low Ethanol

Halo Low 36 and 48 are floating fire pits with soft curves, clean edges and elegant, low profiles. Available with a 10kW Ethanol burner. 

Description

Halo Low fire pit

From their crisp outer edges to the smooth curve of their inner fire openings, the Halo fire pits show off the striking and subtle qualities of Solus concrete. Each Halo cradles its flame, allowing the flickering fire light to reflect on its polished concrete surface, inviting people to gather or contemplate. Recessed bases create the impression that the concrete tops float, adding visual lightness for a modern feel. With their minimal, clean profiles the Halo Low 36 and 48 are modern fire pits that fit well into contemporary spaces, offering warmth, beauty and the functionality of a table surface for drinks and small plates. The halos are suitable for residential and commercial installations.

Both the 36 and 48 have optional all metal tables that can convert your fire pit into a functional table.  Made of anodised aluminium, the table is a delightful addition to the Solus Halo line.  Each Halo Low fire pit includes an all-weather cover and is backed by Solus’ warranty on workmanship and performance.

Product Details

We also have full UKCA and CE certification as EN 509:2000 – Decorative Fuel Effects Gas Appliances and EN 60335-1:2001 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances. Our natural gas fire pits are also certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards.

Each of our fire pits comes with a warranty on workmanship and performance.

Each burner is assembled and tested in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminium and thermoplast components.

Propane fire pits are certified to UKCA, CE and ANSI standards. All propane burners are assembled in the USA from brass components and are individually tested to meet specific certification requirements.

Ethanol burners have been designed specifically for Solus, are constructed from 3 layers of stainless steel, and meet the highest quality standards.

Each of our fire pits are handcast from high performance, fibre-reinforced concrete which has been tested to ASTM standards.

All concrete pieces are sealed with a penetrating sealer to minimise weathering. Table surfaces are treated with an extra protective coating to protect from prolonged exposure to food and drink spills.
