Shipping and Lead Times
Solus products are designed, built, certified and tested in Canada at our head office and manufacturing studio. Solus has warehouses in the UK, Europe and North America where product is stocked and available for quick shipment in these areas.
IN UK STOCK PRODUCTS
Delivery from our UK warehouse to a UK address is included in the price of fire and water features. Orders typically ship within 4-10 working days.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Due to the wide range of product configurations (numbering in the hundreds) and seasonal demand fluctuations, not all items are stocked in the UK or Europe.
Products shipped from outside the UK are subject to an international delivery charge of £340–£540 (inc. VAT) in addition to the product price. Estimated shipping lead time is 10–12 weeks.
In some cases, stock may be available in our Spain warehouse. Where applicable, delivery lead time can be reduced to approximately 1–4 weeks.
If you require faster delivery, air freight can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for a custom air freight quotation based on your order details. Once approved, payments for the order and associated freight charges will be arranged in accordance with the agreed terms.

These sculptural, elevated fire pits provide the glow of a campfire along with space for glasses and plates at coffee table height.
The Halo series of fire pits, or fire tables are expansions of the original Halo Low 36. As with the Halo Low, each Elevated Halo cradles its flame, allowing the flickering fire light to reflect on its polished concrete surface. Crisp outer edges curve smoothly into their central fire opening and create a modern, sculptural feel.
The table top rests on a 762 mm wide box base which give these modern fire pits a substantial foundation and raises them to coffee table height. Their clean profiles and soft curves fit well into a wide variety of outdoor environments, from traditional to modern. Both sizes offer substantial warmth along with the functionality of a table and can be used in conjunction with standard seating. The Halo gas fire tables are available in 2 sizes (914mm and 1219 mm diameter tops) for large or smaller outdoor spaces and are suitable for residential and commercial installations.
As with all Solus fire pits and fire tables, their construction is world class. The burners are built out of commercial grade brass and come with a 25 year warranty. The entire range of Solus fire pits have had extensive testing for Canadian, American, British and European standards, and as such rate as an appliance. They are therefore suitable for commercial as well as residential applications. The Halo series is very popular for commercial locations as it not only provides heat and ambience, but table functionality that allows for the placement of small plates and drinks.
The Halo series in sizes 36 and 48 are available to clients in North America through our Vancouver location and the UK, Europe and the Middle East through our London office. Our entire Halo series is available in all three fuels types including natural gas, liquid propane and bio fuel (more commonly known as ethanol).

We also have full UKCA and CE certification as EN 509:2000 – Decorative Fuel Effects Gas Appliances and EN 60335-1:2001 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances. Our natural gas fire pits are also certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards.
Each of our fire pits comes with a warranty on workmanship and performance.
Each burner is assembled and tested in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminium and thermoplast components.
Propane fire pits are certified to UKCA, CE and ANSI standards. All propane burners are assembled in the USA from brass components and are individually tested to meet specific certification requirements.
Ethanol burners have been designed specifically for Solus, are constructed from 3 layers of stainless steel, and meet the highest quality standards.
Each of our fire pits are handcast from high performance, fibre-reinforced concrete which has been tested to ASTM standards.
All concrete pieces are sealed with a penetrating sealer to minimise weathering. Table surfaces are treated with an extra protective coating to protect from prolonged exposure to food and drink spills.
Fantastic company, superior product, amazing customer service. Bought a solus fire pit. It is sleek and sexy and so well made. It wasn’t even that hard to get into place despite it weighing 250 pounds! working with their sales and customer service was a dream. Our fire pit is the perfect modern, clean look we were looking for. It puts out a lot of heat and the flame stays in the bowl. I love that it is quiet and you do not hear the hiss of the gas when it is on. It is very well made and we get many compliments. I originally thought I would need to hire a contractor to install it, but my husband and I were able to carry it (36 inches) ourselves to put it in place. We just needed to hire the person to run the gas. Pretty easy.
I purchased a natural gas hemi 36 back in 2014, and my family has been using it regularly for the past four years. There’s a lot to like about this product and this company. To begin with, our sales and delivery experience was first-rate. I was a little hesitant about having a heavy concrete product shipped from Vancouver to Edmonton, but I needn’t have worried. Our fire bowl arrived very well packed and crated. Moving the fire bowl into our back yard was easy using the supplied lifting straps, but does require two people. Once installed over the gas line we had run for this purpose, the fire bowl looked stunning–sleek and modern and an instant focal point. We also purchased the hardwood tabletop and all-weather cover, and after living with them for four years, I can recommend both. The tabletop has proven very useful for those times when we’re sitting outside with food and beverages, but have no intention of lighting the fire bowl. The all-weather cover, at least the one we have, has worn like iron. After four Edmonton winters, it’s still in remarkably good shape.
