Shipping and Lead Times
Solus products are designed, built, certified and tested in Canada at our head office and manufacturing studio. Solus has warehouses in the UK, Europe and North America where product is stocked and available for quick shipment in these areas.
IN UK STOCK PRODUCTS
Delivery from our UK warehouse to a UK address is included in the price of fire and water features. Orders typically ship within 4-10 working days.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Due to the wide range of product configurations (numbering in the hundreds) and seasonal demand fluctuations, not all items are stocked in the UK or Europe.
Products shipped from outside the UK are subject to an international delivery charge of £340–£540 (inc. VAT) in addition to the product price. Estimated shipping lead time is 10–12 weeks.
In some cases, stock may be available in our Spain warehouse. Where applicable, delivery lead time can be reduced to approximately 1–4 weeks.
If you require faster delivery, air freight can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for a custom air freight quotation based on your order details. Once approved, payments for the order and associated freight charges will be arranged in accordance with the agreed terms.

The Solus Decor Firetable is a contemporary fire pit that is stylish yet functional. Its simple, rectilinear configuration and smooth, concrete surface provides a curved edge detail that slopes towards the fire opening and reflects the flickering light of the flame. At 460mm high the Firetable provides a perfect height to set your coffee, canapés or wine upon. Placed alone or in pairs end to end, the clean lines and straight forward design of these fire tables makes them at home in a variety of environments from spare modern to rustic traditional. Appropriate for use in commercial and residential projects.
The Solus Firetable is available in all twelve of our high performance colours. It is not stocked in UK, but it is available via air freight or via our regular container service. All of our natural gas and propane firetables are fully certified appliances (CE Mark) and are available as either manual ignition or electronic start ignition (this requires an electrical connection). Available to professionals and individual clients world wide. Every one of our Solus fire pits come with optional all weather cover and extensive warranties.

Ethanol
We also have full UKCA and CE certification as EN 509:2000 – Decorative Fuel Effects Gas Appliances and EN 60335-1:2001 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances. Our natural gas fire pits are also certified as ‘Outdoor Decorative Gas Appliances’ to Canadian CSA 2.41-2014 and American ANSI Z21.97-2014 standards.
Each of our fire pits comes with a warranty on workmanship and performance.
Each burner is assembled and tested in our facility from non-corrosive brass, stainless steel, aluminium and thermoplast components.
Propane fire pits are certified to UKCA, CE and ANSI standards. All propane burners are assembled in the USA from brass components and are individually tested to meet specific certification requirements.
Ethanol burners have been designed specifically for Solus, are constructed from 3 layers of stainless steel, and meet the highest quality standards.
Each of our fire pits are handcast from high performance, fibre-reinforced concrete which has been tested to ASTM standards.
All concrete pieces are sealed with a penetrating sealer to minimise weathering. Table surfaces are treated with an extra protective coating to protect from prolonged exposure to food and drink spills.

Solus worked with us to find our dream fire table. I have always loved the look of the solus fire tables! This year when we were finallyl in the market for a fire table, I called them. Their tables were pricey so I thought that my wish to have one was not going to come true. The staff were wonderful and worked with me to find a seconds table that was perfect for our new outdoor living space. You can not even tell it is a seconds (tiny nic on one corner). We love it and spend all our free time around it. It brings our family all to one place for quality time (no TV or video games). It is such a quality product with style. It is artwork.
I purchased a natural gas hemi 36 back in 2014, and my family has been using it regularly for the past four years. There’s a lot to like about this product and this company. To begin with, our sales and delivery experience was first-rate. I was a little hesitant about having a heavy concrete product shipped from Vancouver to Edmonton, but I needn’t have worried. Our fire bowl arrived very well packed and crated. Moving the fire bowl into our back yard was easy using the supplied lifting straps, but does require two people. Once installed over the gas line we had run for this purpose, the fire bowl looked stunning–sleek and modern and an instant focal point. We also purchased the hardwood tabletop and all-weather cover, and after living with them for four years, I can recommend both. The tabletop has proven very useful for those times when we’re sitting outside with food and beverages, but have no intention of lighting the fire bowl. The all-weather cover, at least the one we have, has worn like iron. After four Edmonton winters, it’s still in remarkably good shape. The fire bowl itself has exceeded our expectations; it’s easy to light,
