Great service and product We shopped around for a little bit before deciding on a Fire Bowl from Solus Decor. The sales staff were professional and helpful. The product was great in style and quality. Staff would touch base with us to ensure the specifications and the product’s delivery. Product was delivered as scheduled. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy from Solus Decor again.
Customer service and quality are unsurpassed. Working with Kris and Brad is so easy – they find the right product, walk our customers through all of their options, and , when there is a deficiency they work to fix any items immediately.
Provided a great looking product when I needed it, without any fuss, even though I was often not ready for it. Good back up and communication, all the way through the process. Very easy to work with.
Outstanding product / service Great customer service and the quality of the product was exceptional. A little more pricey than others, but well worth extra dollars
