Solus were recommended to us for the best open fire pits. Though expensive, they certainly are [the best] and we totally love it. The finis on the concrete is like looking at an Apple product…fine finish, exacting tolerances and well made.

With items like this I always try to buy the best products I can afford so they will last. My Solus fire bowl was expensive but it will look good year after year and is the centerpiece of my garden design.

Our fire pit is the perfect modern, clean look we were looking for. It puts out a lot of heat and the flame stays in the bowl. I love that it is quiet and you do not hear the hiss of the gas when it is on. It is very well made and we get many compliments. I originally thought I would need to hire a contractor to install it, but my husband and I were able to carry it (36 inches) ourselves to put it in place. We just needed to hire the person to run the gas. Pretty easy.
